North Plains Connector is pleased to announce the release of the Pre-Qualification Phase of the Request for Proposal (RFP) for Transmission Line EPC procurement.

- RFP Submission Deadline: November 6, 2026, at 11:59 PM (Central Time)
- Purpose: The Pre-Qualification Phase is intended to allow the Company to evaluate whether offerors have the experience, technical capability, management capability, safety and quality systems, compliance readiness, financial and bonding capacity, insurance capacity, and overall resources necessary to bid and perform the Project if invited to participate in a subsequent RFP phase.

How To Participate
- Review Public Materials: Prospective bidders can access high-level project details and evaluation criteria in the publicly posted RFP package.
- Submit Intent to Bid: Interested parties must submit an Intent to Bid on or before September 18, 2026 to NPC001@us.doc.ineight.com
- Execute NDA: Upon submission of the Intent to Bid, offerors will be required to sign an NDA to access confidential materials.
